This policy covers AI Genjutsu at aigenjutsu.co, an independent video-generation service.

Data involved in the service

We process account details you provide, authentication records, prompts, an optional reference image, selected settings, task identifiers, generated results, credit balances and purchase records. Operational logs may include request times, IP addresses and errors for reliability and abuse prevention. Reports and support requests contain the information you choose to send.

Do not submit private material you do not want processed by the service and its providers. Obtain the necessary rights and consent for recognizable people before uploading an image.

Generation, storage and hosted payments

A generation task sends the prompt, settings and any supplied reference image to Volcengine Ark for Seedance processing. Storage URLs may allow the provider to retrieve media; a person holding a valid accessible or signed URL may be able to retrieve the file. Cloud hosting and storage providers process data required to operate the website and deliver media.

For Waffo hosted checkout, we send a stable merchant-controlled buyer identifier and order/product information needed to connect the payment with your account. Waffo and its payment partners process payment details on the hosted checkout under their own policies. AI Genjutsu does not collect your full card number on its website; we retain the order, payment status and credit records needed for fulfillment and disputes.

When enabled, authentication and email providers process data needed for those features. Optional analytics depend on the actual active configuration; see the cookie policy.

External providers have their own retention and processing terms. We do not promise immediate deletion of provider copies, exclusion from every model-training use or processing only in a specified country. Review provider conditions before submitting sensitive or regulated information.

Purpose and retention

Data supports account access, generation, media delivery, purchase fulfillment, credit accounting, failure investigation, report review and abuse prevention. Records may remain until an available deletion workflow or reviewed request is completed. Accounting, disputes, security and legal requirements may require retaining certain records. Storage links and provider copies can have different lifetimes; results are not guaranteed to remain downloadable indefinitely.

For access, correction, deletion or a privacy question, use the contact below and identify the relevant account or task. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; we may request reasonable verification without asking you to send passwords or card details. Reports should describe the issue with a URL or order/task ID if available; do not attach illegal or intimate material or unnecessary identity documents.
