Refund Policy
Unused credit-pack refund requests, failed-task credit returns and purchase disputes for AI Genjutsu.
Last updated: 2026-10-11
This policy applies to AI Genjutsu’s one-time credit packs and does not limit mandatory consumer rights. The packs are USD 9.90 / 1,000 credits, USD 29.90 / 3,500 credits and USD 69.90 / 9,000 credits, valid for 365 days from successful payment.
Unused-pack requests
You may request a refund of an unused purchased pack within 14 calendar days of purchase. Applicable law may provide additional rights or a different period. Include your account email, order ID, purchase date and reason using the contact below. Do not send card numbers, passwords or sensitive identity documents.
We review the purchase, usage record and request; submission is not automatic approval. A completed generation consumes credits even if its style does not meet your creative preference. Requests involving used credits, duplicate or unauthorized charges, missing credits or a technical failure are reviewed on their facts and applicable rights.
Full and partial refunds
When a full cash refund is approved, the corresponding purchased credit grant is revoked so the refunded pack cannot continue to be spent. Other unrelated purchases are not automatically revoked.
Partial refunds require operator review and are not an automatic self-service feature. During that review, associated credits may be temporarily frozen to avoid spending the balance under review; any approved amount and corresponding credit adjustment are handled manually. Contact support before using credits covered by an active refund request.
Approved cash refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. We do not promise a bank settlement deadline, and payment-provider or bank processing can affect when funds appear. Any deductions or limitations must be consistent with applicable law and the agreed purchase conditions.
Failed-task credit returns
Credits reserved for a task marked failed are returned through the task system; this is a service-credit return, not a purchase cash refund. Check the task status and credit history, and report a discrepancy with the task ID. An accepted request, queue delay or disappointing creative result does not by itself mean the task technically failed.
Contact and dispute review
Use the same contact for purchase questions, refund requests and appeals of a refund decision. Provide the order or task ID and a concise explanation so the operator can review the records. A dispute does not waive any right to contact your payment provider or exercise applicable consumer rights.
