Terms of Service

These terms apply to AI Genjutsu at aigenjutsu.co. Using the service means accepting these terms and applicable law. AI Genjutsu is independent; no official affiliation with Migos, Quavo, Takeoff, COLORS or Higgsfield is claimed.

Service and accounts

The configured product creates new video with Seedance 1.5 Pro from text and an optional single JPEG or PNG first frame. Supported outputs are 4–12 seconds at 480p or 720p, with audio disabled and a watermark. It does not provide video motion transfer, precise rap lip-sync, music or lyric generation, audio uploads or two-photo composition. Current availability and supported controls are displayed in the service; a description of the product is not a promise that generation or purchase is available at all times.

You must be an adult legally able to enter these terms. Keep account credentials secure and do not access another person’s account or data. An adult-use requirement is not a claim that we verify every user’s age or identity.

AI image generation and image-editing tools are not offered in this launch. We do not sell image credits or promise access to FLUX, Nano Banana, GPT Image or Seedream image models. A reference-image upload is used only as the starting frame for a video; it is not a standalone image-generation or editing service.

One-time credit purchases

We offer three fixed credit packs: USD 4.99 for 2,000 credits, USD 9.99 for 5,000 credits, and USD 19.99 for 10,000 credits. Each pack is a one-time purchase. Purchased credits are valid for 365 days from successful payment. Review the current pricing page, task quote and checkout total before paying; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Pack counts of 2, 5 and 10 videos are based on silent five-second 720p videos at 1,000 credits each. A different duration or resolution changes the number of videos. The task quote shows the credit cost before generation.

These packs apply only to the supported video-generation service. They do not include standalone image generation, image editing or image-model usage.

Credits are service-use balances, not cash, transferable currency or a provider’s own account balance. A payment return page alone does not establish successful fulfillment. Contact support if purchased credits are missing. Cash refunds and failed-task credit returns are governed by the refund policy; mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

Content policy and acceptable use

These rules cover prompts, uploaded images, generated results and any sharing through or arising from use of the service. Do not request, upload, produce or distribute:

• Pornography or NSFW material: sexually explicit content, sexual acts, pornographic nudity or non-consensual intimate content.
• Violence or gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, extreme gore, promotion of violent harm or terrorism, violent extremism, or instructions for mass-casualty weapons.
• Hate: hateful or discriminatory attacks, dehumanization, harassment or encouragement of violence against protected groups.
• Child-unsafe content or CSAM: sexual exploitation, abuse, sexualized depictions or endangerment of children, including AI-generated, fictional or manipulated depictions. Do not upload or send such material as a report attachment.
• Deepfakes or impersonation: fabricated representations of another real person’s performance, identity, statements or endorsement, deceptive identity substitution, fraud or misleading claims of artist or brand affiliation.
• Intellectual-property violations: infringing copyrighted works, trademarks or other protected material in inputs, outputs or sharing. A prompt, uploaded image or generated result is not proof of permission.

Obtain all required permissions for recognizable people and copyrighted material before processing. Consent does not override the prohibitions above. Review every result before use, and disclose that it is AI-generated where it could mislead viewers and wherever applicable law or the destination platform requires disclosure. Do not bypass safety restrictions, submit malicious files or abuse the service.

Controls, reports and enforcement

Before a new video task is sent for generation or credits are reserved, its text prompt is checked through Waffo Prompt Sift. Only an explicit allowed result may proceed. A blocked, uncertain, invalid or unavailable check stops that request without consuming generation credits; you may revise the prompt or retry later. The application also applies authentication, rate limits and file-type/size validation, and the generation provider applies its own restrictions. Prompt scanning does not independently review reference-image pixels or output-video frames. We do not claim that every image or result receives semantic screening or human review, continuous monitoring or a 24/7 moderation team.

Report suspected violations through the contact below. Include a description, the relevant public URL or order/task ID if available, and enough non-sensitive context to locate the issue. Do not attach illegal content, intimate material, passwords, card details or unnecessary identity documents.

The operator reviews reports and may request clarification, restrict or suspend account access, prevent further processing, or remove affected content from service-controlled locations. Removal cannot guarantee deletion from third-party copies. A report alone does not automatically forfeit all purchased credits. Any paid-credit or refund decision is handled consistently with the refund policy and applicable rights.

You may appeal an account or content decision through the same contact, identifying the decision and explaining the reason for reconsideration. Review and appeals are operator procedures, not a promise of an independent tribunal or a fixed response deadline.

Input processing and results

You authorize processing and provider transfer needed to perform your task, as explained in the privacy policy. This does not transfer ownership of your source image to us. AI results can contain artifacts, identity drift and unexpected motion. We do not guarantee exact preservation, creative quality or commercial clearance of every result.

Third-party outages and technical failures can affect access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses; nothing excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms and communicate material changes through the service, with the revision date updated on this page.
